Toshiba NAND Flash Memory Products for Embedded ApplicationsToshiba Corporation has announced the NAND flash memory products for embedded applications, specially designed for Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI).Flat-screen TVs, printers, wearable devices and industrial applications are the wide ranging applications which support ‘Serial Interface NAND’. The users can select,12 products with different densities 1GB, 2GB, and 4Gb; two packages, WSON (*1) and SOP (*2); and two power supply voltages.

NOR flash memory supports the embedded applications for both consumer and industrial devices. These devices have given best memory densities for saving software and other programs too. Toshiba is always known for its best products in the market. Due its extraordinary features of the products the users are more attracted towards their products. Also their products have increased the competition level in the market.

It uses the cutting edge of 24nm technology for the SLC NAND which makes it totally different from others.
It is best for the wide use of SPI which can be easily handled with a low pin count of six pins.
The size of the WSON package is 6.0×8.0mm and the SOP package size is 10.3×7.5mm. The packages and the assignment of the pins are compatible with the common serial flash memories.
